We hope that this message finds you well as we all cope with the changes in our lives that a pandemic brings us at this time. Continuing your yoga practice can help with that.
We are offering online yoga classes that can be found on our website yogaoasis.us on the “Updates and Events” page. New classes are added regularly.
We are also hosting daily group meditation via Zoom. We want to simplify our schedule for online Zoom offerings by changing our daily meditation to 11 am (instead of noon). We will meditate with a Heartfulness trainer when possible.
Online Zoom yoga will be offered on Tuesday and Saturday at 10 am prior to meditation. Yoga is a wonderful way to prepare for an enjoyable meditation session.
On Thursday we offer a Zoom Book Group after 11 am meditation. We are discussing the book “Designing Destiny” by Kamlesh Patel of the Heartfulness organization. It is not necessary to have the book since we read it aloud and discuss it during our Zoom session.
