Keep Moving With Yoga Oasis From Home
We hope this message finds you well as we all cope with the changes in our lives that a pandemic brings us at this time. Continuing your yoga practice can help you stay grounded and centered as you adapt to these changes.
We are happy to help you maintain your practice at home by offering video yoga classes that can be found on our Updates and Events page. New classes are added regularly. You can also follow us on Facebook to receive updates and view the classes as they become available.
We are also hosting live online classes and daily group meditations via Zoom. The link to join our Zoom sessions is https://us04web.zoom.us/j/6218728914. Zoom is easy to use and we can talk you through it as needed. Days and times of our activities can be found on our online schedule here: Yoga Oasis Online Schedule
We will meditate with a Heartfulness trainer when possible. Zoom Book Group is offered after meditation on Thursdays. We are discussing the book “Designing Destiny” by Kamlesh Patel of the Heartfulness organization. It is not necessary to have the book since we read it aloud and discuss it during our Zoom session.
We are happy to reach out to you at this time and hope that you can join us and stay connected online! There is no fee for any of our online offerings. However; if you care to make a donation in support, please visit our PunchPass site where there are a few options for donation. We thank you in advance.
We would love to hear from you and will cherish any messages that we receive. We are in the “Health & Fitness Facilities” category and cannot reopen until the state allows. Until we meet again in person, join us online! If you have any questions, you can reach out on our Facebook page or call us at 248 770-5388.
